Winona bridge faces rehab rather than replacement

Over the past few years, transportation officials have considered whether to replace a bridge that helps connect Southeast Minnesota to Wisconsin.Now it looks like the 70 year old structure may be rehabilitated instead.Steve Roisum reports.
