The future of a controversial project proposed for a Green Bay wetland, appears murky this afternoon. The large retail chain, Bass Pro Shops, says it doesn’t want to build a store at the site. But Governor Scott Walker says he hopes the state can change the company’s mind. Chuck Quirmbach reports.
