Coronavirus testing sites in Milwaukee are closed Monday due to dangerously cold wind chills.
The free community testing sites — American Family Field, Northwest Health Center and Southside Health Center — are closed Monday, but are expected to resume normal operations Tuesday.
Various weather advisories are in place for all of Wisconsin.
The entire state is under a wind chill advisory Monday, and it will remain in place until noon for most areas. Cold winds are moving through the state with wind chills as low as 40 below zero, according to the National Weather Service.
Snow is also expected in some parts of the state.
Southeastern Wisconsin could get between 3 and 5 inches of snow, with higher amounts possible. A winter weather advisory goes into effect for that area at 3 p.m. and will remain until noon Tuesday.
Snow is also expected to start falling Monday evening in Manitowoc County, where 2 to 4 inches is possible.
With dangerously cold wind chills all over the state, the weather service warns frostbite can happen in as little as 10 minutes on exposed skin.
