Wisconsin weighs “apology law”

Many states have tried to reduce malpractice suits by allowing doctors to say they’re sorry for medical errors. Wisconsin is considering a proposal that would do that and more: it would also exclude expressions of fault or responsibility from being used in civil suits. Shamane Mills reports.
