The U.S. Secretary of State and Secretary of Defense visited Kyiv, Ukraine this week as the White House announced the return of diplomats to the country. We discuss what it all means for the state of the country’s war with Russia. We also look at financial literacy standards in Wisconsin schools and whether there is room for growth.
