Professors and students at UW Oshkosh are being asked to wear black today to mark the 38th anniversary of a riot on campus.In 1968, a group of black students tore up the offices of the University President.Their act of disobediance helped establish a more diverse atmosphere at the school and at schools around the country.Patty Murray reports…
