Teen use of smokeless tobacco up across the country

A new report on teen smoking by the U.S. Surgeon General shows the use of smokeless tobacco is up across the country. And local compliance checks in one Wisconsin county show a dramatic increase in the number of teens buying tobacco products before they’re old enough to do so. Shamane Mills reports.
