Four candidates are running for an open seat on the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Today, we talk with Justice Daniel Kelly and Judge Janet Protaziewizc about some of the key issues facing the court. We also find out what assistance is available through Focus on Energy programs and get an update on home heating costs.
