Poor weather dampens protests Sunday, numbers expected to pick up Monday

Crowds of protestors were smaller at the state capitol Sunday as a mixture of snow and rain fell over Madison. But many were gearing up for a larger demonstration tomorrow. Shawn Johnson has this report.
