Wisconsin Republicans are trying to amend the state Constitution again. This time with laws related to voting ahead of the 2024 election. Race may no longer be considered in college scholarships, grants and loans if a GOP-backed bill is passed. And, a major artery for transporting cargo between the Great Lakes and overseas ports shut down. This closure could greatly impact Wisconsin farmers.
