A federal lawsuit alleges a Milwaukee principal physically and verbally abused a first grade student because of the sexual orientation of his parents. The U.S. Department of Education is opening an investigation into a fellowship program for students of color at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. And, a $1,000 reward is being offered in the illegal shooting of a bald eagle in Dane County.
