A Racine County principal placed on leave last week has filed a discrimination complaint with the state, alleging that he was targeted because he is gay. The number of students attending UW-Madison has exceeded 50,000 for the first time in the campus’s 175-year history, while most state universities have struggled with enrollment declines. And, Sarah Lehr will explain more on a newly-released budget proposal that would expand a crisis response team to more of Dane County.
