A Waukesha County circuit court judge will decide whether absentee voters can cancel their ballots and vote again before Election Day. A group of former UW-Oshkosh students each got bills for nearly eight-thousand-dollars because of a tuition error months after graduating. Rich Kremer will have more on the situation. And, Wisconsin had the fourth-largest share of hospitals in the country receive the highest-possible ratings from a federal agency.
