A proposal Republicans have dubbed the “parents bill of rights” heard testimony at the state Capitol. Joe Schulz reports from UW-Green Bay, where the school is considering curriculum changes. And, some members of the Milwaukee Board of School Directors are questioning their partnership with a nonprofit that they’ve paid over a million dollars to.
