Yesterday, state legislators passed an overhaul of how schools teach kids to read. More than 150 residents of an affordable housing complex were forced to leave their homes without any idea when they can move back in. Wisconsin’s rural communities will soon see help in paying for repair roads and bridges used by farmers.
