Governor Tony Evers has signed the state budget, but he also made adjustments with his veto authority. A pair of Wisconsin utility companies reimburse residential solar customers who put energy back into the grid. However, they want to change how much money each customer gets. And, at some wastewater treatment plants, the Department of Natural Resources will be testing sewer sludge for harmful chemicals.
