Governor Tony Evers vetoed several bills that would have prevented Wisconsin communities from banning the use of energy, vehicles, or appliances powered by fossil fuels. The new liberal state Supreme Court is sparking controversy after the firing of the state court director. And, Wisconsin’s 1849 abortion ban went back into effect last June when the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe V. Wade.
