GOP lawmakers have passed a bill requiring local notifications within 100 miles of refugee resettlement plans. Migrant farm workers in Wisconsin will have additional heat, health and safety protections this year. Joe Schulz will have more. And, Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin filed a petition with the Wisconsin Supreme Court. They say the state constitution protects a person’s right to abortion.
