Congress officially passed a $1.3 trillion spending plan Friday morning, in order to avoid the third government shutdown of the year. We break down what’s in the deal…and what’s not included. We also discuss President Trump’s call for tougher punishments for drug dealers and traffickers, as well as the president’s recent attacks on special counsel Robert Mueller. And, we look at how the state senate and assembly rounded out their legislative session.
