When is a person’s social media site open to unfavorable comments by its users? Can a state prohibit a social media site based in another state if it’s at odds with state law? What will the Supreme Court have to say about gerrymandering and race? How far can a government go in stopping online disinformation? In the year to come, Supreme Court rulings on these and related issues may set precedents that will stand for years to come.
