Cellist Joe Johnson stopped by the Midday to share some insights into Wisconsin Youth Symphony Orchestras’ November 16 concert at the Middleton Performing Arts Center. Johnson, who is the principal cellist for the Toronto Symphony and the Santa Fe Opera, will be performing Tchaikovsky’s Rococo Variations with WYSO and will play excerpts from Tchaikovsky’s celebrated tribute to Mozart.
