Governor Tony Evers recently released his state budget proposal, calling on borrowing more than $2 billion for building projects. On this edition of the “State Capital Report,” a WPR reporter shares reaction from both sides of the aisle. Plus, we get an update on Evers’ request to review the air and water quality permits issued by Foxconn.
