After seven, Governor Jim Doyle presents his seventh State of the State Address, live from the Assembly Chambers at the State Capitol in Madison. Shawn Johnson will co-host with Frederica Freyberg. Following the Governor’s address, Senator Scott Fitzgerald (R-Juneau) will offer a response.
