From the Capitol Rotunda in Madison, Wisconsin celebrates the 37th Annual “Tribute and Ceremony” honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. This special broadcast of the official state ceremony honoring King in words and music features guest speaker Dr. Valerie Daniels Carter, gospel music by The Brown Sisters from Chicago and, from Kenosha, The Tremper High School Wind Ensemble.
