Wisconsin Public Radio webcast the annual State of the Tribes speech on Thursday, February 13, 2014 from the state capitol. Laurie Boivin, the newly-elected chairwoman of the Menominee Nation, gave the speech focusing on issues of importance to Wisconsin’s Native American community.
