Everyone knows what yoga is, and you may have heard of goat yoga, which is performing the mind/body exercise routines (or trying to) with real goats walking among and sometimes on you. Superior’s Earth Rider Brewery added a particularly Wisconsin twist to it last week by offering goat yoga and beer. Simply Superior host Robin Washington joined in the fun and shares why and it turned out to be the perfect Covid-19 social distancing activity on this week’s show.
The program also features an interview with Duluth author Margi Preus who has a new book out, her third this year. “The Silver Box” is the latest in the Enchantment Lake mystery series, which is set in the Northwoods.
