University of Wisconsin-Superior political science professor Alisa Von Hagel joins “Simply Superior” host Robin Washington to analyze the outcome of local races, several of which are key to determining which party will control either the Congress or the State Legislature. Also, Peter Cameron of the nonpartisan Badger Project takes a look at campaign spending for Assembly and Senate races that in recent years has climbed well into six figures.
Also, Superior’s Isabel Tusin celebrated her 102nd birthday three years ago by sharing her memories of the region – including knowing personally the men for whom the Bong and Blatnik bridges were named. We’ll reprise our visit with her as she turns 105 this week.
