SCOTUS Rules On Online Sales Tax

In South Dakota v. Wayfair, the Supreme Court yesterday decided in a 5-4 ruling that states have the right to compel online retailers to charge sales tax. We take a look at what that means for states, who say they’ve been missing out on billions of dollars of annual tax revenue, retailers, and consumers.
