The Wisconsin State Legislature has a full slate of proposals under consideration at our state’s capitol. But what do those proposals mean for our region? Shereen Siewert welcomes Democratic State Representative Katrina Shankland, of Stevens Point, and Republican State Representative Pat Snyder, of Schofield, for a discussion on upcoming legislative decisions and their impact on local residents.
Shankland and Snyder will discuss proposals and decisions surrounding COVID-19 and the state’s response to the pandemic, along with the region’s continued childcare shortage, the proposed Hmong-Lao Veterans Bill and other legislation currently under consideration.
