A conversation with Karl Pnazek, who is retiring after 32 years as C.E.O. of CAP Services, a regional Community Action Agency based in Stevens Point. Pnazek will talk about the groundbreaking public and private partnerships he pioneered in his years of helping those in need in Central Wisconsin. We’ll also get his perspective on how the country’s economic downturn has impacted the agency’s clients, and his perspective on the challenges and opportunities facing the new Obama administration.
