This Thursday, August 13th at 10 am, Route 51 welcomes Wisconsin blues musician, Howard “Guitar” Luedtke to our Wisconsin Public Radio studios in Wausau for an hour of lively conversation and live music.
Host Glen Moberg will ask Luedtke about his soon-to-be-released new album, which was recorded in Muscle Shoals, Alabama with the legendary guitarist and singer Travis Wammack. Luedtke will also perform selections from his solo acoustic CD Alone With the Blues. He and his wife Deb Klossner lead the band Blue Max, which has been rocking Wisconsin audiences since 1987.
They will be performing this Friday night at the Big Bull Falls Blues Festival in Wausau.
