The REACH Center is a partnership between multiple area nonprofits that serve unhoused residents of La Crosse and people who are at risk of losing dependable housing. This week on Newsmakers, we’re talking with several of the organizations represented, including the YWCA of La Crosse, Couleecap and New Horizons Shelter and Outreach Center.
