Norman talks to Diane Garten-Edie, artistic director of Opera for the Young, a professional opera company whose mission is to “educate children about opera with professional, affordable school-based performances.” This fall, they will be performing Dvorak’s Rusalka. Today, in our studio, managing director and singer Saira Frank performs “Song of the Moon” and “Foresaken” from that opera with pianist Vincent Fuh.
