UW-La Crosse’s Prairie Springs Science Center Phase Two

Phase Two of UW-La Crosse’s Prairie Springs Science Center project is under consideration in Madison this session. It’s one of the spending priorities named in democratic Gov. Tony Evers’ biannual budget recommendation. But that doesn’t mean funding is a foregone conclusion. Today on “Newsmakers,” we’ll talk to Rep. Jill Billings, a democrat representing La Crosse in the State Assembly and a member of the State Building Commission.
