A look at the La Crosse area’s OWI Treatment Courts, a system of courts that offer court-supervised treatment programs for people with multiple alcohol-related driving infractions. We’re talking to Judge Elliott Levine, who oversees the program in La Crosse County, and two coordinators from La Crosse and Monroe counties. Then we’ll talk to a graduate of the treatment court who has found his way back into society, helping others with drug and alcohol problems.
