Border Wars
In the 2010 election, the states of Wisconsin and Minnesota elected governors on opposite ends of the political spectrum. What will the path the states are taking with tax policy mean for economic growth in future years? That’s a question the University of Minnesota’s Humphrey School of Public Affairs set out to answer in a discussion with the heads of the state’s revenue departments earlier this fall.
