Smartphone developers are working to make their own devices less enticing. Apple and Google are both trying to curb screen addiction using specific software and settings. Our guest is a psychologist who co-founded the Technology Wellness Center. She analyzes the role tech companies play in drawing users to smartphones and what people should do to disconnect.
