New book revisits state-federal fight to remove PCBs from Lower Fox River and bay of Green Bay

Completed in 2020, the removal of toxic PCBs from the Lower Fox River and bay of Green Bay cost the paper companies responsible for the pollution $1.3 billion. Preceding the cleanup was a years-long fight between state officials and federal agencies. The co-authors of a new book about that battle join us.
