Thanks to the miracle of modern medicine, surgeons are able to transplant organs from one body to another, often creating life from death. For our guest, a Wisconsin-based transplant surgeon, it’s just another day on the job. He reflects on his career, the history of transplant surgery, and some of the ethical questions surgeons must deal with on a day-to-day basis.
