On Tuesday, responding to the COVID-19 pandemic, Gov. Tony Evers ordered bars to close and limited restaurants to delivery or take-out orders. We discuss the news with Luke Zahm, the host of “Wisconsin Foodie.” We also get tips on cooking at home as authorities urge social distancing.
