Can public radio eliminate news deserts?

From 2004 to 2018 newspapers declined 39% in Wisconsin, according to the Center for Innovation and Sustainability in Local Media. A Harvard researcher says public radio stations can fill those information deserts. We speak with the author of the study and two Wisconsin radio station directors.
