Norman interviews Ben Luedcke who will be conducting the Madison Summer Choir on Wednesday, July 18th at 7:30pm at the First Congregational Church in Madison. This is their tenth anniversary and the theme is “Old Wine in New Bottles.” It will feature Bruckner’s Mass No. 1 in D minor. Also on the program is the Brahms Geistliches Lied, Op. 30.
Mr. Luedcke has an MA in choral conducting from the University of Iowa and is currently the director of Voces Aestatis, a Madison-based professional choir that specializes in the a cappella repertoire of the sixteenth century.
