Madison to provide a guaranteed income to 155 families for one year

Madison will soon select 155 low-income households to receive a guaranteed income of $500 a month for a year, no strings attached. Here to talk about the pilot project is the mayor of Madison and two advocates of universal basic income as a means to escape poverty.
