Local and national efforts aim to recruit more women into law enforcement

Twelve percent of law enforcement officers are women, according to The 30×30 Initiative, which aims to increase that number to 30 percent by the year 2030. We speak with one of the 30×30 program founders and the new president of the Wisconsin Association of Women Police about the importance of gender parity in policing.
