Sustainable farming program in the state could be important model for farmers nationwide

A new sustainability pilot program in the state focusing on 12 farms and covering more than 33,000 acres aims to establish conservation practices, document environmental and financial impact and demonstrate the value of sustainability throughout the supply chain. We talk with two of the parties involved about what has come out of year one and what’s next.
