PBS Wisconsin Biographies: Electa Quinney, the state’s first public school teacher and mentor

In 1828, Electa Quinney began classes as Wisconsin’s first public school teacher in present-day Kaukauna. We learn more about Electa’s legacy and Mohican history from members of a PBS Wisconsin project.
