As the heat of summer fades away and fall continues, some insects are moving indoors, much to the displeasure of homeowners. We talk about insects associated with this behavior, such as box elder bugs, Asian lady beetles, brown marmorated stink bugs and cluster flies.

We also explore what this season means for wasps and consider what to do when bird lovers find pests in bird feed with an entomologist.

What do you do to prevent infestations of insects in your home during the winter? Are you struggling with keeping insects out of your house? Tell us about your experiences.
