Farm-To-Lunchroom Using Hydroponics

A number of schools in Wisconsin grow food that is used in their lunchrooms. But the Menasha Joint School District is going one step further, its using hydroponic gardens to grow greens. We talk to the Executive Chef who is overseeing the project.
