Despite the coronavirus pandemic that is keeping people home and limiting access to public spaces, the local craft spirit industry remains a key player in north central Wisconsin’s economic and entertainment landscape. “Route 51” presents an encore broadcast of host Shereen Siewert’ conversation with Brian Cummins of Great Northern Distilling, Plover, and beverage consultant Zach Strenger of Copper & Pines Cocktail Company, Stevens Point. They discuss central and northern Wisconsin’s thirst for premium, limited-edition spirits and the craft spirit industry’s impact on our local economy.
