This week on “Newsmakers,” we’re taking a closer look at how our community serves people living with disabilities. Are there things that are better than they used to be? What areas still need work? How can people avoid being “ableist” toward those with disabilities? We’re talking with Jenny Felty from Aptiv, Jenna Helminski Juve from the La Crosse County Ageing and Disability Resource Center, and Sara Eckland from Independent Living Resources.
